At 7August Paws & Co, operated by I.T.FURTHER ENTERPRISE 201703271255 (JM0818262-D), we take pride in delivering freshly made, handcrafted pet treats with care.

Pre-Order Required (5–7 Days)

All our edible products are made-to-order to ensure freshness. We do not keep ready stock. We require a minimum of 5–7 days advance notice for all orders to allow time for preparation and baking.

Fulfillment Options

We offer three options at checkout:

1. Pickup at Wooly Pet Grooming (Free)

Address: 71A, Jalan Sentral 25, 81550 Gelang Patah, Johor Darul Ta’zim

You select your preferred pickup date at checkout. We will notify you via email/WhatsApp once your order is ready. We collaborate with Wooly Pet Grooming for the pickup point — your fur baby can enjoy a treat pickup AND a grooming visit!

2. Self-Arranged Lalamove (Free for us)

You arrange and pay for Lalamove directly. We will hand over the order to your driver at our pickup point during business hours. No additional fee charged by us.

3. We Arrange Lalamove Delivery (Estimated RM 50)

We will book Lalamove for you and deliver to your address. The displayed RM 50 is an estimated flat rate; actual fee may vary by distance and area. We will confirm the final price with you before booking.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Johor (Kulai, Skudai, Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru and surrounding areas). For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us first to check availability and fee.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions or natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Courier or logistic issues beyond our control
  • Unexpected traffic disruptions

We will notify you in such events and do our best to minimize disruptions.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery address or pickup point. We will not be held responsible for perishable items left unattended or uncollected.
