No Refund or Return for Pet Food & Treats

All pet treats and baked goods sold on our site are made-to-order, handcrafted, and free from preservatives. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on edible products once they have been baked or delivered.

This includes (but is not limited to): Cookies, Cakes, Biscuits, Jerky, and Dehydrated treats. All edible products are strictly non-refundable.

Refund for Non-Food Items

We accept refund requests for non-edible items such as toys, collars, accessories, grooming tools, etc. under the following conditions:

• Refund request must be made within 1 day of receiving the product
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• The item must not be listed as final sale, clearance, or pre-order
• You are responsible for returning the item at your own cost (or to our pickup point at Wooly Pet Grooming)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund (less shipping fees) within 7 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and a description. We will review the case and may offer:

• A replacement (subject to stock and lead time)
• A refund
• Store credit, where applicable

Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur due to handmade production and will not be considered a defect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before production begins (we typically start baking 4-5 days before pickup/delivery). After that, the order is locked in and non-refundable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued via your original method of payment within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
