This website is intended for users aged 18 and above. By accessing or ordering from our site, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

Our Products

7August Paws specializes in handmade pet-friendly treats such as cakes, cookies, and pastries for cats and dogs. Our products are made to order and contain no preservatives or artificial coloring. We operate 100% online — no physical storefront. Order pickup is coordinated through our collaboration partner Wooly Pet Grooming at 71A, Jalan Sentral 25, 81550 Gelang Patah.

Orders & Payment

All products are made-to-order and require 5–7 days pre-order. Orders must be placed in advance with sufficient lead time. We accept payment via online transfer and HitPay-supported methods (FPX, PayNow, cards) displayed during checkout. Full payment must be received before production begins.

Delivery & Pickup

We offer three fulfillment options:

• Pickup at Wooly Pet Grooming (71A, Jalan Sentral 25, 81550 Gelang Patah) — FREE. Customer selects pickup date at checkout.
• Self-arranged Lalamove — customer books and pays Lalamove directly, no extra charge from us.
• We arrange Lalamove delivery — estimated flat rate RM 50 (actual fee may vary by distance and area).

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen events. We will notify you in such cases.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production starts.
• Refunds are only applicable for products damaged during delivery or quality issues with photo proof submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
• Due to the perishable, handmade-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
